How does Azoogle/ Azoogleads work?

Does anybody advertise through Azoogle? How does it work? Do they become like a really big affiliate of yours? What criteria do they use when selecting a publisher?

I don't mean putting their ads on your site, but rather being a publisher

Yes. In CPA merchants only pay when the specified action, (the A in CPA), occurs. The action can be a lead or a sale. So in short, yes you only pay when someone sells your product.
