This is a great source for finding color schemes for your designs:

http://www.colorschemer.com/schemes/

Anyone can also signup and submit his/her own schemes or can record his/her favourite color schemes for later use.

Hope you like it :)

Skeleton, I've been using that site for a long time. Is it your's?

I also use these:
http://wellstyled.com/tools/colorscheme2/index-en.html
http://www.qindex.info/Q_drctry/webtools/colors.php

And this extension for FireFox:
http://www.iosart.com/firefox/colorzilla/

I'm going to have to reccomend colourlovers.com - the biggest one on the net, probably.

When I develop a new site, I absolutely start with choosing a color pallete. It's a great way to get the juices flowing!

I found a cool colour chart, you choose a colour say for e.g. blue and it creates colours that look gd with it, there are also 2 buttons that allow u to lighten/darken the shades, its pretty cool and quite usefull :)
