Forum restrictions

Can somebody tell me how I restrict an area of the forum to only people with a minimum of 25 posts, I use PHPBB, the forum i m talking about is the one in my sig and the part i want to restrict is the Market Place.

There's a mod here that will restrict access on a forum by forum basis:

Another way to do it is to restrict access to certain defined Groups of members -- then use this mod to add members to the group automatically based on number of posts:
