Is this super-SCAMMY seo, or am I missing something?

On doing a reverse lookup for my site, I came across this page: http://www.get - a - higher - ranking.com / optimize_keyword.htm (spaces introduced deliberately, please remove if you want to visit the page).

What is displayed to the reader is very different from what is actually in the html code. For the real page, look at the source or open this page using FrontPage. This is a TrafficPro page. And it links to several other sites - mine being one of them. I have nothing to do with TrafficPro. I wonder why they chose my site.

This is just another spammy scraped content site. Take a look at the text only vresion in Google, they are not even good at what they do :)
