Well... technically it's free... but that's kind of a kick in the pants :( Take off the nofollow and you'll get a LOT more submissions ;)

Why did you change the sponsor and footer links of this free template?
If you do not understand the terms of using this template, please refer here: Red Fusion Template (http://www.emillie.net/blog/2007/04/06/phpld-theme-red-fusion-for-version-21-and-31/)

I think its highly unethical to that. It's either you re include the original designer and sponsor footer links or remove this template completely.
