Does anyone have any good advice, articles, urls that discuss a good way to do linking for a mini-network that consists of anywhere from 10 to 50 sites or more?
Thanks in Advance!

Depends on how your question was intended. Are you looking for answers on how to link between sites, or how to get links to the network?

Best way to link between the network. Thanks.
I'll interpret 'between' to mean 'within' the network - that makes more sense. In that case: make sure you don't just add identical links pages to each site. That's not a good idea. Do link within articles to articles on the other sites - where appropriate.
For instance in an article on Audi-cars, within a more general car-site, link to the site that is specifically about audi. On the audi-cars site, link to the general car site in any article that mentions the word 'car'. Link the first and last mention of that word to your site.
