Is there any calculator or equation that could roughtly estimate how much a link would be worth on a page taking into account traffic, pagerank, etc.
For example:
- 10000 views per month
- PR 5
- Site's Alexa/Quantcast rank
= $X per month
Anyone know of something like that?

Text Link Ads Calc (http://www.text-link-ads.com/link_calculator.php) gives a decent estimate.

the sig link calculator is a bit skewed in pricing if you have less then 100 or much more then 1000. You're best bet is head into Buy, sell, trade, and just look what other's are getting.
Start the bidding at a fair price, and set your BIN just over what you think is enough.

well that tool does not take care of traffic which is very important imo!
