looking for synonyms that are actualy used I played a bit with G's ~
very disapointing
common ailment like asthma brings up about 3 synonyms..... if one excludes them G is done, no further results......
~asthma -asthma -disease -breathing -bronchitis
no allergy, respiratory.....
checking it at Y brings up a phletora of potentials....

I just hope G is not using ~ to determine synonyms but it would explain some rather sad results I'm seeing for slightly more serious searches than the latest CD of x or the directory saturated serps for all things insurance health etc.
