Way too much focus on ads. It looks a bit spammy depite having a pretyy nice design.

Do you use channels to see which pages get clicked on?

On my travel sites I found it was almost never the homepage that was earning adsense, so I removed most ads from that page - result is the site looks like one that people want to explore a bit more, and are happy to link to etc - and it doesn't really lose any income. Perhaps even increases income because of returning visitor etc

I got the idea from about.com who don't have many ads on their homepage, but the deeper you get into the site the more there are.

Worth checking out at least, if you haven't already.

The black ads are too harsh, use a blue background and white ad link colors instead..
