following on from the thread about how old some of your submissions are (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=60) I was wondering how long it takes for greenbusted submissions to be approved. On one cat it took months but I see they are all gone now. On another I have 100 waiting.

See here (http://dmoz.org/greenbuster.html), looks like a good strategy - isn't it working?

My first impression: this is a "public" acknowledgement that large category editors either aren't doing their jobs, or can't (e.g., because the backlog grows faster than they can review).

But something all of us knew all to well already, huh?

I wonder when DSM-IV is going to have a category for people who have mindless hatred for ODP. Maybe on the same axis as obessive-compulsive.

What makes you think it's "mindless"? I think most of the criticisms of ODP are probably thought out and thought through pretty well -- the knee-jerk "Chairman Mao quotation"-like reactions of the ODP community to those criticisms seem more "mindless" to me...

Are you sure about that?
