Its not the route to go as they will ban you temporarely for making automatic requests. Try a site translator script instead.

I'm using the same script (I suppose) and sometimes the translation works, other times I get that message too. Just too lazy to take it down or fix it. Funny thing is that the translated pages are indexed in google and have PR but even clicking on the page in the google "site" command produces the error.

They don't like this type of automated request. Even spanish doesn't work now. Changing server won't help long run.
