... and sending payments to non-supported countries. I need the answer too. Or is there an alternative to paypal.com available to them and for us to send them money.
Thanks.

I want to send money to my web designer who resides in a non paypal supported country. I have a paypal account myself. I guess it's not a possibility, huh.
Thanks all the same.

i used ikobo just once and was ok, the second time i needed to use it, was a problem because i had to register the card again, send fax, then many days to confirm a bunch of stuff.. it ended up being a waste of time :/

To get a PayPal account for a citizen from a non-supported country:
1. Register LLC (Delaware is the most common state for his).
2. Try to obtain a US bank account for your LLC.
When you get one - you are eligible for a PayPal business account, you will be able to run it from your home country. We have successfully set our PayPal account in this way.

Banking laws have changed a LOT in the last year. I don't think you would be able to do this today
