Hello,
In response to your inquiry regarding the blank ads occasionally on
your website, we will be happy to assist you.
While there are several reasons why we might not be displaying ads on
some or all of your content pages, from your description it seems
related to a particular issue that we are currently experiencing. As you
probably know, we display "run-of-network" ads if your RSS feed or website
contains text that may be sensitive in nature and triggers a
sensitivity filter. We recently experienced some issues with the settings in our
sensitivity filters, which caused some publisher pages to not display
these ads.
This is a known issue, and we are taking steps to correct our
sensitivity filters and enable publishers to display ads throughout each day.
For more information on reasons why ads may not be displayed on your
site, please visit
<https://publisher.yahoo.com/help/FAQTroubleshooting.php.>
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have been
experiencing, and are working to correct this issue. Thank you for your patience,
while we continue to make improvements to the Yahoo! Publisher Network
beta program.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further
assistance.
Sincerely,
Kristell Larios
