Anyone know what this is? Tried google, but no luck. doesn't show up on my other proxy site, Just one of em.

Cpannel10 Doesn't give me the IP's of bots/robots. Anyone have any ideas?

Don't you have access to your log file ?
I've never heard about "EchO!". At least with the IP we could make a lookup

It says on my Cpannel that because they are bots, the hits aren't recorded elsewhere, I'm a bit of a newb at times, How can I get the IP for this bot.. It hasen't been active lately but 611 hits, while other bots were 1-2 tops.

Well cPanel has raw logs as well as log manager where you can tell it to record it. (then you can download it)

According to my raw logs, Ctrl F on the last visist, I found this IP
62.60.149.180

Found out it's Echo.fr robot. It's a french Telecom bot, But why would it hit me up 1000+ Times... No other bot does so more then 4.

Are you sure ?
As far as I know this address belongs to the Iranian Research Organization for Science & Technology
