All depends on the name and buyer. A .org or .info could go for $xxx, xxx.

I think casino.info was sold for $xxxxx.
However most .info domains can not even recover reg fee.

Good dictionary .info names are sold for $X,XXX up to mid $XX,XXX already so there is demand

If the .info continue with this rate it will be the second TLD after .com

Why does everyone have a downer on .info's - for the right type of site they are by far the most appropriate...

So yes I would pay higher than $100 for the right .info - do you have any good ones?

I don't. Really believe that in some cases .info can be the right name to get, even though it's not that common among domainers.

You wont know till you post the name! alot of domain owners think they have a goldmine with their names but their only really worth regfee! We dont know till you post it.

Interesting discussion. Well, I couldn't afford to pay $XXX for a .info, but I believe there are .info domains worth even much more than $100. I'd like to sell my .info for $XXX. :D

These are good ones.

of course I'd buy a high quality .org or .info for $xxx, it all depends on the name... I mean google.info and google.org are worth thousands.

If it were regged within a year, it's not worth anything.

Because keyword names have been registered long ago.

Because keyword names have been registered long ago.

Im sure there are still domains out there that could get thousands of dollars a piece.

Because keyword names have been registered long ago.

Not all of them. I registered CreatePDF.info a month ago. It was free to register. I also registered CheapDesign.info last week (also was free to register).

You guys must be kidding. Due to the law regfree, .info with any decent value have already been registered.
Yes, there are a few lucky end user sales, but don't be expecting to get anything above regfee for your newly registered .info.

Youre contradicting yourself.

You must be kidding. Saying there arent any .infos out there worth anything is like saying we know where every last drop of oil is on this planet.

Man .. there are so many "big" organizations that pay a ton of money for their name/activity .org name .. so don't compare .org and .info .. info is BS!

If you got good .org name keep it ... that might be nice deal some day ...

Cheers,

Venetsian.

I have sold quite few .info domains for $xxx (one was high $xxx). They are really under estimated.
