I am in the process of optimizing the keywords for Overture. Could you please HELP.

Any help would be welcome, tweaking the ads, looking for ways to squeeze more clicks out of the keywords we have and so on...

I wouldn't even bother with Overture...Overture blew through $150 avertising dollars in 48 hours and did not increase sales at all. I've had MUCH better success with adsense. But, if you must, good luck :p !

Make the ads and landing pages as specific as you can. This will help with click throughs and conversions. Set up conversion tracking to see which keywords are creating sales and/or sign-ups.

I've had MUCH better success with adsense.
You mean AdWords... :)
