.kg is the Internet country code 2nd-level domain (ccTLD) for Kyrgyzstan. While registrations are normally at the second level, there are some specialized third-level registrations such as those under gov.kg and mil.kg. Population of Kyrgyzstan is 5,264,000

Are they worth the reg fee?
How would you rate them from the best to worst?

If the .kg extension develops then you'll get a bit more, but right now because of the extension I don't think they're worth anything more than low $xxx.

These are obviously some of the best generic names available in any ccTLD. If they were dot coms you would be a billionaire. If they were .de or .co.uk you would be a millionaire.

As Sundaybrew says I think the return on your investment will be in the 1000s. It is all a question of timing. In my view, the ccTLD markets are where the best growth will be. 10 years ago people were telling me I was crazy registering dot com's and paying upto $100 / year to keep the name. 10 years later I have made a profit of $XXX,XXX on an investment that cost me (over time) $XX,XXX.

I think the important thing is to hang in there. In my view the growth of the net is going to be more local and more personalised. When the net penetration is high enough, there will be a point where people in Kyrgyzstan will type-in Loans.kg more than Loans.com. Also a lot of people in these "emerging" markets have not been bombarded by dot com advertising as much as people in more Western areas of the world.

Hold on to them - they will only increase in value...

Yea, those are some great domains, you just have to keep them for a while. It seems now more prople are starting to except other things besides .com .net and .org. You should get a huge return very soon!

Really, I think .com and sometimes .net, but I can't picture somebody saying anything else. Of course we have to start using others more since all the good .com short names are taken:(

I think you could do well with Bet and Casino as most are out of the US anyway.
Videos could go to the right person but it may take some time since it is still available in some other domain extensions.
DVD.kg hold on to it. right now I would say close to $100 as CD.vg sold on ebay recently for around that much.
Others I would keep and park. See what the traffic does for a few, then if they show promise, offer for sale

But the information industry of Kyrgizsan is very underdeveloped, it may takes many years before the industry getting better there, you need to hold these domains for many years.
But they are really great domains and worth Millions in the future.

Since the majority of people in Kyrgyzstan are Muslims, I'm not sure what impact religion might have on the value of the domain names.

For example, if gambling is prohibited, then Casinos.kg might be more valuable (we all know how people love the forbidden).

Certainly, the more mundane ones, like Jobs.kg should always be popular.

Oh, and my first thought was the Ringtones.kg might not be so useful, but then I remembered a story told by an Indian friend of mine about going to the most remote part of India, where they don't have decent sanitation or enough to eat, and still having cell phone coverage.

HIGHLY doubt they will be worth millions. They werent registered for a reason. Expect $20-$300(to $500) in the next year or two. The language of Kyrgyzstan isnt English and, while they have good keywords, the extension is absolutely horrible. Best of luck though!

Well with today's internet growth and let these keywords free i can assume that their rate is way back compared with the rest of the world. I'm not sure if there will be DVDs or Ringtones in 10 years
Also don't forget the ccTLDs make their own rules so watch out

Love them, one thing I have found is it depends on the registrar the pricing.
If it is easy to change the details, and is secure buyers will pay more.

The value of these domain names hides in the value of the keywords, and not in the extension (which is a crappy one).
I think that some of them are good ones like golf or jobs, and others would be harder to sell. Anyway, if you promote them you could get some good offers.

The names are excellent, the people are learning English everywhere thus they would know what the names mean, some problems may be with the religious traditions for the first two names though.

If you keep them like domains only, you will not make much.But,when it comes to SEO the extension doesn't have big part.So it is much better to make website and optimize the domains so you can get top rankings with the search engines and with tp rankings comes also of traffic.With traffic comes money,a lot of money,specialy with the names that you chose.If you had money to buy the domains for $80 each,you probably have money to pay for good SEO.My advice:Stop wasting your time with domains only and start working with websites.Great domains.

Have you condiered putting a site up on each of the names? Keywords in the domain name work so I would be inclined to give it a go, submit to the SE's and see if you start getting organic growth.

It could be a good way to utilise the anomalies of the SE's and their algorithms. Just an idea but I would be interested if you find it works then again I'm sure everyone else would be too.

The keyword are great no doubt but unless .kg extension gets a boom or you develop someting good in those domain names, they are not going to sell for more than low $xxx each...

try getting more of them if u are interested: i recommend u (or any friend around) also register

since u are the first commers, u might find alot more available, in few months they will be worth fortunes !!
