Anyone use tracewatch?

Does anyone use tracewatch? I've got it installed and it says it's running, but it's not tracking anyone (I know I've had traffic). All my files are in .php and I've got the code in there, does it matter where I put the php include code in my pages?

Anyone give me a hand with this?
