Yeah me either... I don`t have any clue why in the world he is using the avatar that I made... I don`t know if he ask permission to the contest holder. infact that avatar is not yet paid so I still hold the rights for that art but then again I don`t get any message from mitcharr that he was going to use it as an active avatar here in DP. What is this mitcharr? You have more than one negative issue here in DP please don`t ruin my entry. You have no rights to use my avatar.

I know he is young and maybe he did not know any better. Although, he has been around this section long enough that part of me would think he'd have known better than to do that. Not sure, why he thought to put it in avatar!

What is even more funny is how Creative_illusion's logo was in FOX LORE'S and mitcharr's avatar before it was even paid for..

So..Creative_illusion, is it paid for yet?.. Looks like someone somewhere needs to learn how to hold their horses and should be aware of the fact that possession accounts for 9/10 of law!


That's like selling a car that somebody else owns... and is a risky way to do business. What if you go to pick up the car and the real owner has drove it into a brick wall or over a cliff, or decided to tell you to FO the deal is no more!
