Hehe..... self contradiction, its a great thing isnt it Monty. :p

hay all i really cant understand that why and how google is very improtant to evry one and how every one familiar to it.

Where have you been? Google isnt really that important, It owns just over %50 of the search market, makes approximately 1.2 billion every few months and has co-operational relationships with NASA, Sun microsystems, owns youtube, has over 10,000 full time employees, and is currently worth over 20 billion dollars.

So why is Google so important? Well who knows..........

The simple answer? — When you tell someone to look something up on the internet, do you tell them to "Google it" or to "Yahoo it"? :D

I think google is most popular because of the reputation and the majority of the browsers uses them as start page.

That is an amazingly false statement. Yahoo is always developing and in recent months has brought out releases and new services - much more than Google.

To make this quick, I ask you to list all the new/improved services Google has brought out in the last 2 months to justify your statement. Now, compare this to Yahoo's improvements/upgrades most of which are listed @ http://www.ysearchblog.com/

Spot on, add to this Google is mainly for searching (well main site anyways) and it has a simple and fast loading interface which most people prefer.

Are you on drugs with a question like that? LSD? Peyote?

Google's market share within the US is quoted at 65.26% quoted here (http://www.marketingpilgrim.com/2007/05/google-market-share-up-again.html) to Yahoo's 20.73%, MSN's 8.46% and Ask's 3.96%.

Obviously market share here relates to all searches performed on the internet.

The same is reflected all over the world.

Why? Google is better. A million times better, it's a simple as that.

Every other search engine pales in comparison to this behemoth and quite rightly so!

Considering that in countries like South Korea (probably the most wired up country in the world) they barely use Google goes to show that Google is not uniformaly the top in all countries (note that S. Korea was only one example).

GOOGLE, positively!!

What's people's first option when searching on the net? We like it or not, the verb in English is 'to google', not 'to yahoo'...

Besides, you may be on Yahoo's first page, but if you don not exist in Googfle, YOU JUST DO NOT EXIST at all...!
