I need someone to put together a pretty basic CSS only layout (only use CSS for layout, buttons, etc) and use a logo that we will provide to build a template for a new site we are developing. If you are interested and think you have some design skills and can do it all in CSS please PM me ONLY. I am heading out of town in the morning, but I will be on here all evening.
PMs should include:
1) sample sites you have designed
2) your rates/fees
3) email and/or phone number to contact you
4) time constraints if any in the next week or two
