I have sort of a wierd question and situation. I have owned my domain for roughly a year now but for the first 11 months I just put a 1 page free spam page on it as sort of a place holder. Well I have updated my website, placed a ton of content and started to build links. Yahoo is ranking my site but still has my old description and keyword stuffed content describing my page. You can view the search results here (http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=southern+utah+real+estate&fr=yfp-t-501&toggle=1&cop=mss&ei=UTF-8)

Anyways I have basically 2 questions. How long approxiamely will it take yahoo to update to my new sites description and page title and will it screw up my ranking because I did not keyword stuff my new site?

I don't see the date on the cache page of yahoo. Maybe the new description and title was not yet crawl by yahoo. I just notice that yahoo slowly crawl the site.

The content of your current page and Yahoo's cache does not match. Yahoo has yet to refresh their index with your new version.

Yep they are ranking your old version very high. As soon as they update and see the new version then you'll see what you are looking for. The problem is you might not get the result you are looking for.

As crazy as it sounds your old site was feeding Yahoo what it wanted, who knows if the new and improved version will.

Are your website indexed by DMOZ or yahoo directory? Sometimes yahoo will use the title and description from the information you submitted to DMOZ or yahoo directory.
