Yahoo serps not promising but Google is fine!

All of the 20+ keywords showing up on 1 or 2 serps on Google but on Yahoo beyond 10 or so. So link building, unique contents, unique titles carry no weights in Yahoo or what? How can you improve your keywords serps in Yahoo then?

The common denominator for all Search Engines is Anchor Text and incoming links. As long as your page itself doesn't violate their rules the more you get the better you rank. It's not quite that simple of course as your links need to come from real sites that are not being penalized of course.

The other denominator is time. And that's the toughest pill to swallow.

I have the same problems. Good positions in google for some phrases and even not in the firs 500 in yahoo

i have the opposite problem. im getting top 5 rankings in yahoo for amazing keywords on Yahoo! but not to be seen on Google for some words
