Is YPN for only US citizen??
I m from india, Should i use YPN to my site? If yes then please tell me that i have to produce any document in front of yahoo or not??

It is for US Sites and US based person. (Citizenship not mandatory but a physical presence proof required!)

you must have a valid SS# or a Business ID...look around the YPN forum, you will probably find all the answers to your questions.

Maybe you can ask some friends from USA to apply one for you. I saw many non USA citizens using YPN.
