Adsearch is all HTML and Form GET, and not JS codes. I wonder if I can change the HTML codes, forexample: remove Google Logo.
I would say with some help of DIV and Iframe, I can completely change the look and feel of the result page too.

No, their FAQ clearly states you can't change the HTML.

It doesn't look like a good Idea, read their FAQ

I wouldn't do it, it isn't allowed in their Ts and Cs and unlike some advertising companies, Google will check. I joined the Adsense network and about a week later I got an email from google saying I was misusing the headers, I had put "Google Matches" rather then "Advertisement" by accident and they notified me.

what GOOGLE MATCHEES are you talking about? there is no such word in
<!-- SiteSearch Google -->
<form method="get" action="http://www.google.com/custom" target="_top">
<table border="0" bgcolor="#ffffff">
<tr><td nowrap="nowrap" valign="top" align="left" height="32">
<a href="http://www.google.com/">
<img src="http://www.google.com/logos/Logo_25wht.gif"
border="0" alt="Google"></img></a>

Code Modification
Any AdSense ad code or search box code must be pasted directly into Web pages without modification. AdSense participants are not allowed to alter the ad code for any reason, include changing the ad layout, behavior, or delivery of ads.
The reason that I ask is because changing adsense code will changing the CTR of the ads. Changing searchbox codes do not change anything except increasing the search hits to google. I don't see any reason on google side to ban it.

If you are talking about:
Labeling Ads
Publishers may not label the ads with text other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements." This includes any text directly above our ads that could be confused with, or attempt to be associated with Google ads.
I would say "Google Matches" is close what "Advertisement", but it is still for Adsense, not for adsearch.

Well since it's Google's program, they can disallow things for whatever reason they see fit. If you are large (over 10 million page views per day) they are more flexible, and you can join the AdSense Premium program.

are you in the high traffic range yet? you can refresh it every 2 seconds to reach the goal of 10M. i don't think it is againt tos as using meta refresh or js refresh.

The search code is horrible. It looks like it was written by a ten year old.
Google's policies are ridiculously silly, but they pay well.
