I'm by no means a pro, but have you ever considered breaking the home page into multiple pages? It's one of the longest pages I've seen in a long time...I stopped after the third "scroll".

i spent some time on my post.
if you get over the 'attack' part...i believe there is much useful information there.
hopefully the poster will see that.
as i mentioned....i have 'reviewed' his site before.
he had some 'hidden' text.
it appears to be removed.

this is a good point too.
i believe is another poor seo tactic in action that leads to an unprofessional result.
the bigger the page...the more words...the more words...the more 'keywords'.
but the result leads to a poor impression of organizational skills.
