can anyone help me how to create users in Drupal

By knowing that Drupal is very good for designing and maitaining content .I installed Drupal and I started doing my things, but I am in confusion how to create new"anonymous user and authenticated user"in Drupal.

You can't create an anonymous user. An anonymous user is anyone who hasn't logged in.

As for authenticated users, that is a role assigned to anyone who has logged in. To create users go to Administer --> User Management --> Users and click "Add User". That will let you add users to Drupal.

When a user you have added logs in, then they will have "authenticated user" priviledges.

Help me to create web page which should contain web links ,In Drupal have feature like static page it won't all links in it.Will you please help how can I create the page.
