what i want to know that if a webhoster from asia or actully i am asking for pakistan is yahoo offer adsence
i applied for Yahoo adsence but they dont reply me
as if a person have not US Tax ID no so he cant apply to join yahoo publisher network or is there a way to be a part of yahoo publisher network?

Humm... it is not Yahoo adsense - It is YPN.

And there is no way a NON-US can join YPN.

shame, non-us can't join YPN. But at the same time Google's adsense doesn't work well in non-us countries, especially in China. Look forward to YPN works in China, the biggest market in the future.

Adsense has spawned a whole world of "scrapper spam". Perhaps Yahoo would prefer to avoid this. The sad reality is much of this spam occurs outside the United States. It's easier to isolate and enforce rules within a country where the laws are more specific and enforceable.

There are bad guys everywhere, but much of the worlds spam originates in a disproportion fashion from Asian Countries. Too bad people can not police themselves.
