Is there always a charge to forward or to push a domain to another registrar site?
For ex. is there a charge if i were to push a domain thats in my sedo account to godaddy?

From what I understand, Sedo is not a Domain Name Registrar but rather just an agent who helps you sell your domain name. Generally, to transfer a domain name from one registrar to another, you only have to pay another year of registration at the new registrar and that's about it.

Forwarding is free - you dont pay. There is a difference between changing the namesevres and moving your domain to another site. Moving your domain to another site requires some admin and tech procedures.
