Keeping the looks of Vista in mind, I think your site is a little too plain below the Header area (the header is good). Spice up the side bars a little.

The content is good enough.

I like how you tried to make the site look very vista-like. For the white content area, it looks kind of plain.. I would add very light grey gradients in the background (along the top part of the tables)
