I'm getting close (I hope!) to launching a job posting/classified ads web site and would like some feedback.
The niche is for teachers of English as a second or foreign language (ESL or EFL). The target market is (1) schools located around the world looking for teachers and (2) teachers looking for work.
I'd very much appreciate some honest feedback on the overall design/flow/usability/etc. of what I have put together. I've been staring at it for a couple weeks straight and it's hard for me to be objective any more!

Appreciate the help! :)

The header area is great, but the sidebar doesnt go with your main area. I think you should either change the background color of your main area (to something dark), or modify your sidebar a bit.

i would recommand you putting the sidebar to the left. The header is great and you chose a very nice color scheme. I wish you god luck with your project.

I've put the sidebar to the left as suggested. Thanks for the advice!
Any other comments/suggestions? :)

Thanks again for the suggestions everyone!
I spent a lot of time this past weekend refining the design and working the bugs out of the code. I'm officially live. :)
As always, any other feedback or comments is always welcome!

It may be a good idea to make dark background lighter and the light background darker, your page is breaking into the separate dark and bright parts which is hard to read now.

Artisan, thanks for the feedback. Can I ask what browser you're using?
I've tested it in IE and Firefox and I'm not seeing what you're describing.

Mozilla @ FreeBSD / I am writing about the header, left side bar, and the rest of the page.
