Is there a tool out there that will scan a site for a link to your own site?

This site is sending me some traffic and I want to see where they linked to me:
http://winentrance.com/

The site is so large I can't find it.

Hi,

Don't you see that page that's sending the traffic in your stats program.

There are some good programs for this but most have to be payed for.

I know the feeling...I have some sites listed in Awstats, and when I go there I can never find the link to my site...at least be glad you are getting links.:D

sometimes they will be hotlinking an image of yours, i have a fashion website with tons of hotlinked images, and a lot of my stats is full of them.

URLReferrerWithQuery=1

Then, you get the complete URL in your list of referrers and the problem is gone.

maybe I'm missing something, but you can do a search for backlinks using advanced search on google or yahoo (or MSN?). For example, for google, go to advanced search, and choose "pages that link to the site [your site]"
or you can just type
link: http://www.yoursite.com

Good point, but there is a better way to find the sites linked to you in one site only.

gatzgoter,

that is a good tool but you need to know the sub-url for it to work.
you cannot use www.domain.com . you must know the interior page like "www.domain.com/resources.html"
