I've been using Google Analytics for the past few months. But today I downloaded a software from the Google Analytics site viz. Urchin v5.7. When I installed the software, it is asking for a license code. What exactly is the software? Is it an offline version fo the Google Analytics software?

Yes it is an offline version. It is specified http://www.google.com/analytics/urchin_software.html. Sorry, I didn't read it earlier.
