argh...been checking my backlinks lately and one webmaster changed the format of his links from normal link type:

<a href="http://mysiteexample.com">Anchor Text</a>

to

<a title='' href='http://his-siteexample.com/links/out/58.html'>Anchor Text</a>

do these have any value to search engines or am i getting screwed on link trade?

depends on how he does the redirect, use a redirect checker to make sure he's 301'ing the links.

ok, so it comes up a 302 Found redirect
which i`ve heard can be page hijacked or not transfer the SEO benefit to my site, any thoughts

I'm not 100% sure but i think you do not get the SEO benefit to your site.

There is no good. As long as those webmaster didn't do 301 redirected from old url to new one, you won't get any benefits from them. 302 redirect also not good in seo terms too.
