Vbull Info On Homepage

Hi, im using vbulleting 3.50 RC1 and i know there is a way to do this but im not sure how.

I want to display the latest thread(S) for certain forums on my homepage, without using rss.

any help or a point in rite direction would be appreciated.

Why not use RSS?

cos i cant be bothered to find a script to do whatever it is it does.

maybe i should just stop being lazy lol
