I need a offline weblog analyzer like weblog expert, which i dont have to install on my web server and can give me a list of last guests
I download my log files from the server and then I analyze them offline.
any suggestion?

Owww... can't install software on your web server?
The only two I know of are StatCounter (http://www.statcounter.com/) and StatSession (http://www.statsession.com/).
Or wait... are you downloading your log files and analyzing them offline?
I'm confused. :o

Not quite sure what you mean by "last guests"... It should show all visitor information....

Last guests means a list of last 100 or say 500 visitors their IP their location their reff. URLs time of visit etc etc. weblog expert only shows all the above informations on a whole.
