Norton Security interfering with network printing

We are trying to print out of Thunderbird. We get an error while trying to print the doc. Unless we turn off Norton Internet Security, we can not print, but when we do turn it off, it prints fine.

Norton Security tries to protect you from EVERYTHING. :) I think that's the product (not 100% sure since I don't use it) that won't let you log into the ad network from your web browser either. :)

Different machine Shawn. Do you have any ideas on how to work around or allowing the action to take place.
