Is there any free easy to use content managing systems that suppot various languages for static websites? ( I mean webpages not forums, blogs, etc )

I have tried most cms out there and I always found Dragonflycms the easy one to get along with,its a post nuke programe.

to be honest ive only used 1 cms - joomla. i make all my websites in it now. i love it - its so quick and easy to modify/create pages :D

i wouldnt try any other cms as this does everything i need

You can demo a bunch at opensourcecms dot com - try some, pick a couple. Some of the more popular/awarded are Drupal, Xoops, Joomla/Mambo, e107, typo3 ....

I tried the lot, well, more or less - And I can honestly say there is no one CMS thats best - it all depends on what you want to do.
