You may be able to get more than that by finding a buyer interested in developing a celebrity type site but I would not think it is worth more than reg fee.

Not necessarily, vchip.com is very valuable. I am just saying that your specific domain is not worth much.

I think you have get this idea from this name vbulletin, Vhollywood is worth reg fee.

I think, you can make it into a valuable site, other then that it isnt worth more then the reg fee.. 8(... but if made correctly I would use it most likely :)
