Who owns Directories.ws?

Anyone know who owns directories.ws (http://www.directories.ws)? I would like to submit my directory there, but getting an error. There's no contact info either.

just like the thread I made. I have noticed those directories that have no contact link. It's not good idea at all. Any website should provide a contact page. ;)
