Yes, I realize, but it usually is an indication of lack of exercise, hereditary issues, or poor diet.
hopefully it was none of them, but you never know.

Hello..
Many thx to all for your wishes and compliments as they are noted and very much appreciated :D A million thx to all ...
Well im....
36 years Young
height 6'1
weight 250 pounds
and suffered a massive heart attack as the doctors claim i was the 2nd worst they ever seen according to thier charts :o
Needless to say these habits contributed to my attack....
1. Cigerettes.... 2-3 packs daily
2. Diet.... to much fatty fast foods
3. Stress... yea whatever who dont
4. Excerise... get my ass walking and daily excerise
5. family history... hereditary as dad was same way
hehehh needless to say they had to run a tube from my groin to my heart
and add whats called a stent or basicaly a metal tube in the main arteries affected so as allow normal blood flow as they were completely closed.
I remeber asking the doctor as to sedate me before this procedure which they claim they do, but woke up in the middle of surgery and wasnt the nicest of people feeling somthing inside you moving... luckily they put me out again and finished the job.
Due to my fast acknowledgement that somthing was wrong ( the feeling of an elephant sitting on chest) and family rushing to hospital i didnt lose any heart function as is what happens when you wait to long and if too long then death is immenent,so i consider myself very lucky to be writting in this thread today.
Needless to say ive changed all lifestyle habits to confirm health safty
but admit cigs will be a hard one but must be adhered too so...
I hope everyone who reads this has a better understanding of what can happen if you dont watch what you do
as this is somthing that should be taken serious in my opionion...learn from my mistake...
Regardless i wish to thank everyone who commented in this thread
and not to worry as i tend to NOT make same mistakes twice ;)
thx
malcolm

Welcomeback Malcolm. I hope it was not that serious. I know what it is.
My dad had 3 strokes in the last 18 minths too---took him to the best available treatment centres. But they can not cure him-- -just give some medication and advice for controlling it.
Then I took to traditional treatment and now he is 80% cured. Need 1 more year --and hopefully he will be 100% cured.:) He was serious though.

Sleepless days and nights.... 3 in a row
I expected this(heart attack) because of sleepless days and nights!
I think you are risking your life for approving the links in your directories (36 I think so)
It is too much for anybody who are having more directories
So just hire somebody and pay them ($50 or even less $25 monthly) (This can be taken from the money you are using for smoking) for approving links in your directory !
This is the best way for you to save your life(If you continue to have sleepless nights then only God can save you)
Here is the slogan for you
Your directory network can be better renamed as Killer Directories (for trying to kill you)!
Also
SMOKE LESS!LIVE LONGER!
I hope you do not get any more heart attacks !

since day by day atleast a minimum of 1000 deaths may result due to this smoking!
