Just Hold Shift, and click on the refresh button at the same time.
(That is, if you are using Internet Explorer! :))

Are you saying there is a caching proxy server that is the problem?

If so, there is a way to specify no-cache in the header of page. Or, just by appending a random number to the url you should be able to bypass the cache ...

For example, instead of www.yoursite.com type in www.yoursite.com?random=92982

You problem is your proxy server. it's caching your page. you can no-cache tag to go over this.
