Cheapest .info domain registar (accepting paypal?)

What is the cheapest .info domain registar? That's not go-daddy... I've heard of some under $1, is this true?

.info has low registration fees everywhere. People used to get them at regfly, but you know happened there.
I'm not aware of a reputable registrar offering them for under $1 currently.

I'm also looking for exactly that - a registrar that does .info for sub-$1 and accepts Paypal!

Here's one I just found that offers registrations for 0.88 - but apparently does not accept Paypal.
