Trade Mark/Copywrite usage in domain?

I have a domain with the word "Zune" in it, the Zune is the Microsoft media player. I see other people use product words in their domain. I'm wondering what the companies take is on this? Is it safe to do?

Zune fansites dont seem to have any problem with lawsuits. I dont anyway and i dont think any other sites are having any trouble.

Will your website be about the media player? If its just part of a normal domain that has nothing to do with it, I doubt they can cause any trouble. :)
