Jetbox content management system is seriously tested on usability & has a professional intuitive interface. The system is role based, with workflow and module orientated. All content is fully separated from layout. It uses php & mysql.

We are also working on a simpler content management system called Article Stream (http://www.articledepot.co.uk/stream/)

It basically has two sides:

1.) A content management system that allows you to add articles through your site (original or syndicated) through a simple interface

2.) A content crawler that allows you to intermix potentially 1000's of articles. The source of these articles is Article Depot (http://www.articledepot.co.uk). You will be able to select these articles by keyword or category.

It is 99% done and we are just double checking things like image paths and functionality. It should be released from Beta in the next 2-3 days!

I'd be interested in testing the beta version if you are looking for testers. Is it limited to any particular web server O/S? Can you take an existing template and use it in your system? What is it written in?

Actually it just came out of Beta tonight (most of the issues were with liscensing). You can basically edit 3 files to blend it seamlessly with an existing site.

There is a header.php, footer.php and a main.php

The main file has the variables in it that build the content portion of the page. We have an example of the front end in the Article Stream (http://www.articledepot.co.uk/stream/index.php) section.
Basically there is around 60 articles integrated there. The naviagation:
- Main
- Browse Articles
- Website Stats
- Site Map
- Search
- Admin Panel

is what is including and can be fully customized so that you control which parts of the navigation you wish to include.

To add unique content, you just sign in as Admin and its a simple 3 field form. As you can see the urls are SEO friendly (ie. http://www.articledepot.co.uk/stream/view/1/51 )

The only tweak we make may be the format of the displayed article - Just center the Title and Make it slightly larger.

We should have even more details tommorow.

Cheers

**To see the backend, just click on Admin Panel...Add any example article you like! (This is obviously only for testing, your version wouldn't allow users to do this unless you let them)

By the way, feel free to post any questions before it is officially announced tommorow. ForgottenCreature (Patrick) will be handling many of the Tech Support and Feature Questions.

This should ensure support is available at most times of the day or night.

Cheers
