opt out of the "sponsored search network" / parked domains

i am concerned about the quality of traffic from the "sponsored search" websites. is there any way we can display only ads to users searching at yahoo.com and not on the sponsored search network?

In the new yahoo interface you should have an option at both the campaign and ad group level to opt out of the sponsored search network, however be aware that you won't be able to use the Advanced Search option if you do that.
