What's it called when you search on a domain name in Google and it gives lots of results under the main domain - slightly inset?

Is there anything you can do to get Google to see your site in this manner and show your site like it in search results?

Example: Edinburgh Crystal (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=edinburgh+crystal&btnG=Google+Search&meta=)

I think they're called 'sitelinks' or something. You get them if your site is very reputable and has a good internal link structure.
