I will want to start another article directory same as kokkada.com. I will decide to duplicate all kokkada.com files (including articles) to new site. All formats, design, first registered members and first 9000 articles of new site same as kokkada.com. Next accept articles differently from two website.

Please tell me it create any problem. Search Engine ban mirror site. First 9000 articles only mirror articles, next accepted articles deferent.

My new site hosted to same server.

Please clarify me it is possible to use kokkad.com article database to new site. Because lot of time required for reach 9000 articles for new sites.

Please help me.

its not going to help you and is probably going to get you banned not to mind that it is against the law to copy someone's site.

spend the time and create content for your own site. They had to do hard work and now you want to STEAL it

From what I understand - Sarpras owns both sites -
so he is not stealing, but asking how Google and
other SE's would react to copying / mirroring his site
to the other, and after that having both accepting
different type of articles.

Sarpras, I'd advice to not mirror the sites and design.
I had this same thing with a blog, and it ended badly
for the mirror site. Always create a different one will
be better.

Precisely what fortgo said. If one site is providing that content, the other site doesn't need to duplicate it at all, that's what linking is for.

Isn't the site already duplicate articles? most of these articles are submited to other free article directories right? So if thats the case duplicate it all you want.. tons of people do this. People even sell articles databases from free article directories. Now if its unique content thats another story.

You won't get banned, but I suggest you keep different IPs for both directories (different hosts would be even better.)

If they are on same IP/host, Google will surely detect them and the second site won't really get any traffic from Google.
