The past 3 or 4 days have yielded a 50% increase in the price per click G is passing on to me. Same number of clicks, but each one is paying nearly double what it paid last week.

Is anyone else seeing this? I wonder if GG has raised payouts to combat with Yahoo publisher?

Google has forced many AdWords advertisers to up their minimum bids in the last few days...

I've been seeing wild swings both up and down recently.

My site concerns psychics / paranormal / biographies of unusual people. Had a good day (for me) Tuesday but plumetted big time since, despite having similar amount of visitors.

The last two days have been extremely low $ per click for me. The rest of the month has been decent.

well, let us all hope that payouts increase as G gets more competition from MSN and Yahoo

Please consult the all seeing and all knowing (and singing and dancing) Adsense FAQ (http://www.webmaster-headquarters.com/faqs/adsense.shtml#OMG%20my%20CTR%20is%20way%20up,%20Google%20must%20be%20doing%20something!%20Am%20I%20going%20to%20get%20banned) before asking this sort of question.

I think G is more busy in keeping advertisers happy allowing them $0.01/click and sending more visitors at the same daily budget. If Y doesnt get many advertisers, why would publishers get interested? Getting large inventory of ads is much tougher than getting publishers.

Actually.. yes.

My average used to be only 12 cents PC but in the past week has been 58 cents PC. Curious isnt it?

I ve been averaging in the 15 cent per click range here on most of my ads, things from medical to software seems to not pay much for me

My CPC varies so much now that I'm not even going to bother worring about it any more unless it starts being 0.0 :)

CPC hasn't really changed here but CTR has been very low.

First on the 20th of August my CTR took a slight hit. Then 2 days ago me eCPM began to rise by about 30%+ and CTR began coming back up. I am enjoying this ride...:)

My eCPM has gone down from $4.50 of July to $4.00 this month (till now) though CTR remained idential, the pageviews increased to about 30%.

My earning this month is already more than previous month's, but I expected better eCPM this month.
