This forums looks quite professional and seems to be the right place to ask some questions about web-promotion.

The point is that recently we've started a new women community forum (http://www.womandiary.net). This is the place for women to share info and talk about lifestyle, fashion, gossip, jewelry, healthy, etc

I am pretty much concerned now in how can we promote this forum, make it a lively place and encourage more people posting there. I wonder if this forum might be of use as it is now integrated in a store?

Do you have any ideas?

I like how the site looks like it's glowing! The color scheme is really nice too http://img511.imageshack.us/img511/5537/happync7.gif. For the site's name, I think it could use some work. Maybe you can enlarge the font and use a nicer font type (that's script-like / handwritting stype).

I forgot to mention to keep the glowing effect on it because its cool!
